An internship with Johnson County Wastewater is an opportunity to get hands-on experience at a utility that serves more than 500,000 residents. It is open to students 16 years of age or older, and non-students 18 years or older who are interested in gaining experience in this field as an intern. All internships are voluntary.

Placement is based on many factors, including availability of program supervisors, placement opportunities, and recommendations/references. Please contact the program director if you have any questions.
