Program Conditions:
1. Applicant must seek approval prior to beginning project. Applicant is responsible for all up-front project costs. The city/county will authorize payment once project is complete and once applicant has submitted all final costs (including receipts) and photos and project has received final approval.
2. Project must be completed by October 31, 2025.
3. City/county may require access to your property for evaluation of application, prior to start of construction, during construction and/or during final inspection. An additional inspection, during the lifetime of project, to verify that project is still in place and being maintained, may be completed with proper notification of participant.
4. Implementation of approved project is the sole responsibility of the property owner. The city/county is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from project construction/installation.
5. Projects approved for funding carry no implied warranty by the city/county.
