Airfield Escort Service Intake Form

This form, along with a valid business purpose, is required to obtain airfield access. Johnson County Airport Commission staff will provide escort services for both New Century AirCenter and Johnson County Executive Airport. Escort fees are billed in 4‑hour and 8‑hour periods, with current rates available on the Airport Commission’s Rates and Charges schedule at: https://www.jocogov.org/department/airport-commission. After the form is submitted and your request is scheduled, the requester will receive a confirmation email with the assigned time and additional instructions. Only time requests between 7 am-2 pm and Monday-Friday will be honored. No service will be available on county holidays. Same day requests will not be accepted.
